Lubbock police have made it easier to file a police report.

Lubbock citizens can go to www.lubbockpolice.com and file some types of police reports without having to wait on an officer to arrive.

Police reports can be filed for non-emergency events which occurred within the Lubbock city limits within 2 years, and the value of the property taken or vandalized is under $1,500.

Some of the reports accepted include vandalism, theft, vehicle burglary, identity theft, and lost property. You can also request a residential vacation watch as well.
