Lubbock Police Makes Another Arrest of a Citizen Impersonating an Officer
Another person has been arrested in Lubbock for impersonating a peace officer. 23 year-old Michael Brunson was arrested by Lubbock Police and charged with a third degree felony of impersonating a peace officer.
The circumstances surrounding Brunson’s arrest have not been released.
Earlier this month, in an unrelated case, a retired LPD officer was arrested for impersonating a peace officer in a prostitution sting.
Lubbock Police remind citizens that plain-clothes police officers will show proof of identification.
