Lubbock Police Attempting to Find Sex Offender

Lubbock Police are searching for 61 year-old Donald Valentine.  Valentine is a convicted sex offender and he has failed to register as a sex offender.  Valentine is described as a black male, 5'8" in height, weighing 200 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
