Lubbock Police Ask Public for Information in Death of Joe Reynolds

Lubbock police are now asking the public for information regarding a death earlier in the week.

The LPD is searching for information regarding the death of Joe Reynolds. Reynolds was found floating in a Playa lake near the Stonelake Apartments in the 7400 Block of Elgin Avenue around 11 a.m. Monday.

Police are asking anyone who was in the area of the Southridge Lake Apartments or in the area of South Loop 289 and Elgin Avenue during the hours of Midnight to 5 a.m. Saturday into Sunday morning June 9^th and 10^th to contact Lubbock police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Rene Martinez at 775-2402. No word yet on the cause of Reynolds’ death.
