Lubbock Police Arrest Jaylee Naruo and Mcmillan Augustine For Criminal Mischief

Two people are in police custody after reportedly being caught shooting a BB gun at various windows in Lubbock.

Around 5 a.m. Wednesday, one person drove eastbound on 50th Street and then southbound on Slide Road while the other person reportedly shot a BB gun at passing business and vehicle windows.

A citizen called in the suspect vehicle description. Lubbock Police arrested 26-year-old Jaylee Naruo and 20-year-old Mcmillan Augustine in the parking lot of the McDonald’s location at 4th Street and Slide Road.

Naruo has been charged with felony criminal mischief and is being held in the Lubbock County Jail on $2,500 bond. Augustine has been charged with felony criminal mischief and failure to appear.
