Lubbock Police Arrest Carjacker after Car Chase
Lubbock Police chased and arrested a carjacker earlier today.
The incident began around 11:40 this morning in central Lubbock when a man carjacked a woman at 34th and Slide Road. Police a few minutes later found the stolen Toyota RAV-4 on a side street.
The man lead the police on chase that lasted for 10 minutes before being stopped and arrested.
The woman at the carjacking was treated by EMS for injuries and the name of the carjacker has not been released.
