She added that this event has been very popular every year, and that there will be various contests and prizes for both the dogs and their owners.

The K-9 Splashfest will take place Sunday, August 18th from 1 PM to 5 PM at Clapp Pool. Admission will be $2.50 for adults and $2 for kids 17 and under. All dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and must be on a leash, and aggressive dogs or dogs in heat are not allowed.
