The local competition will take place at the Mae Simmons Park Saturday September 17th. Children ages 6 to 15 can participate as long as they attend a West Texas school that does not hold PPK. Registration and warm ups will begin at 1:00pm, and the competition will begin at 1:15. The competition will take place south of the lake at Mae Simmons Park by the pavilion.  Access to this part of the park is available from East 24th Street west of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

Winners will advance to the PPK sectional competition, where they will compete for the chance to appear at the Dallas Cowboy’s Football Stadium.
