Monday on Lubbock's First News, Jason Gloe and Kelly Zuber of the Lubbock Lions Club spoke about the annual pancake festival.

The Lions Club seeks to raise $100,000 to benefit various Lubbock charities. Gloe said, "There is  a plethora of local charities that we give back to with all the funding we do with this pancake festival." This year, Gloe said, they are adding bacon to the menu. Tickets are $5 per person and can be purchased at United Supermarkets and Boltons.
