Lubbock’s home sales and median price in homes both increased during the first quarter of 2015, according to the Texas Association of Realtors.

They reported a 14.89 percent increase in home sales with 802 homes sold at a median price of $134,800, a growth of 4.65 percent.

Statewide, they reported a 4 percent increase in year-over-year home sales and said housing inventory was the lowest in 3 months and reflected a more than 8 percent decrease from the first quarter or 2014.
