Lubbock High School Swimmer Named to All-American List

A Lubbock High School swimmer has been awarded a prestigious honor for the second year in a row.
Student-athlete Madisyn Cox has been named to the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association’s list of All-American swimmers for the 2010-2011 school year.
Cox received All-American honors in the 200-yard Individual Medley and 100-yard breaststroke.
The LHS junior also became Lubbock ISD’s first female high school state swimming champion in the 200-yard individual medley. Cox also finished third in the 100-meter breaststroke at the state competition.
