Lubbock Health Department Presents “Bringing Up Superstars”

The City of Lubbock Health Department is joining with the Parenting Cottage and other agencies to host “Bringing Up Superstars.”

The event will be held on Wednesday, May 17th, from 1-2:30pm at 3301 Cornell Street. The event is an opportunity for parents of young children to learn about community resources available to enhance their child’s early childhood development. Information will be available on healthy eating, immunizations, establishing a medical home, and the importance of early learning.

There is no cost for families to attend. Door prizes, including gift cards, will be an added bonus for families attending. Families must arrive by 1:15 to be eligible for door prizes.
