Lubbock’s New Health Food Restaurant Vitality Bowls Looks Delish

Since I got going to the gym and living the healthy lifestyle, I noticed that quick and healthy eating options are slim in Lubbock. But they're growing. I just learned about Vitality Bowls.

Vitality Bowls is a California-based restaurant spearheading a superfood cafe movement. I'm all for more healthy eating options around, and this one sounds excellent.

Specializing in the health benefits of the Acai berry, Vitality Bowls does bowls, smoothies, and paninis for breakfast, lunch, a snack or dessert. They don't pack their smoothies full of fillers like ice, frozen yogurt, or sugar, and they source locally and organically as much as possible.

Now here's a cool bit of info. In all of Texas, there are only two Vitality Bowls locations: Irving and Lubbock. Let's make these guys feel welcome so we can keep business like this coming to our city.
