Lubbock Gas Prices Drop Below $3 a Gallon

Every Friday, KFYO provides an update on gas prices, but the latest  news about gas is so good it can’t wait.

According to a random check of Lubbock gas stations, the price of regular self-serve gas has dropped to $2.92 a gallon, at least at some stations.  According to  KFYO’s previous gas surveys this year,  prices haven’t been this low since Febru

ary.

Meanwhile, AAA Texas reports that the average price of gas in Texas is $3.11 a gallon.
