Lubbock County Commissioner Mark Heinrich to Announce Reelection Bid

A Lubbock County Commissioner will officially announce his bid for reelection this week.

Republican Precinct 2 Lubbock County Commissioner Mark Heinrich will announce his candidacy for reelection to a third term on Thursday, October 24th.

Heinrich will make his announcement in the Commissioner’s Court room at the Lubbock County Courthouse at 2 p.m.

Heinrich will have some competition. So far, political newcomer Jon David Bruegel has announced his intention to run for the Precinct 2 seat.

The 2014 primary for both the Republican and Democrat parties in Texas will be held on Tuesday, March 4th, 2014.
