Lubbock City Councilman Todd Klein will hold a coffee with citizens this Saturday.

The District Three councilman will host the town hall-style meeting on Saturday, June 1st at 11:30 a.m. at the United Market Street at 19th Street and Quaker Avenue.

Some of the items to be discussed include topics such as tornado sirens, sound meters for police cruisers, the City Charter, the prospects of a bond election, and the City budget in general.

“With the recent devastating tornado in Oklahoma as well as public interest recently expressed in adding to our multilayered emergency responses, we need to review and consider all additional possibilities,” said Klein.

All members of the public are invited to attend.
