Lubbock Code Administration Hold Exercise Thursday
The Code Administration Section of the Lubbock Police Department will set up and conduct a field exercise in the Harwell neighborhood this Thursday to identify violations.
The exercise will be conducted from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm within the area of Avenue A, 50th Street, Interstate 27 and 34th street. A field office will be set up on the corner of 40th street and Avenue A to provide information to citizens on zoning violations.
A roll off container will be available to dispose of larger items. Some zoning violations include junked vehicles, nuisance weeds and rubbish, and substandard housing.
