The Lubbock City Council is meeting this morning at a time that is pretty inconvenient for most people who have jobs. Mayor Glen Robertson has said previously that he would like to hold City Council meetings in the evening around 6pm. Executive Session would begin as early as 3pm and the regular meeting would start at 6pm and Mayor Robertson believes most meetings would be done by 9pm. The reason for holding evening meetings is that it would give more people a chance to attend a meeting. That doesn't mean that though that more people will attend.

Would you attend evening meetings? Let us know in today's LFN Poll of the Day.
