Lubbock Chamber is Hosting a Leadership Academy

The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Civic and Public Leadership Academy tomorrow (Aug. 29).

The non-partisan workshop will emphasize public service and the candidacy process. Guest speakers will include Mike Stevens, co-owner of Action Printing, City Secretary Becky Garza and many more.

The cost of the workshop is $35. Chamber members get a discounted price of $25. The Leadership Academy will be held tomorrow from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Building downtown located at 1500 Broadway Street. The event will be located on the 2^nd floor.
