LISD Kindergarten Student to Be Honored at Capitol for Outstanding Artwork
March 25 will be a special day for Anthony DeLaCruz. That’s the day he will be honored at the State Capitol for his outstanding artwork. Anthony is a kindergarten student at Roy Roberts Elementary School. He produced the artwork during a week-long study of Pablo Picasso. It’s one of 100 works of art that will be displayed at the Capitol. This will be the third time that a student of teacher Anna Montalvo has been honored at the Capitol.
