Lindsey Culver Found Dead at Possum Kingdom Lake

A Lubbock woman has been found dead at Possum Kingdom Lake.

Lindsey Culver was found in 35 feet of water in an area of Possum Kingdom Lake known as Hells Gate just before 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

The 27-year-old Culver was reported as missing on the evening of Saturday, July 6^th.

The cause of death has been tentatively listed as drowning, but an autopsy will be conducted by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.

A Saturday fireworks show in the area was cancelled to allow the search for Culver to continue.
