Lady Raider Tennis Gets Record Preseason Ranking

The Texas Tech women’s tennis team has earned a new record ranking.

Lady Raider tennis has been ranked as 46^th in the nation by the most recent Intercollegiate Tennis Association Rankings.

Three Big 12 Conference members are ranked in the top 25, including Baylor at 6^th, Texas at 21^st, and Oklahoma at 25^th. The Lady Raiders are tied at 46^th with Kansas State.

In doubles, Texas Tech players Kenna Kilgo and Samantha Adams have been ranked 45^th for their 5-1 performance last fall.

Their season will kick off against Central Florida and Rice at the UCF Invitational in Orlando, Florida on January 14^th.
