Knifepoint Robbery at Lubbock Hotel Leaves Police Searching for Suspect

Lubbock police are investigating the robbery of a hotel early Monday morning.

A man walked into the Baymont Inn and Suites, located at 3901 19^th Street just before 3 a.m., brandished a knife, and escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was injured in the incident. Police describe the man as Hispanic, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing around 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and a black ski mask.
