Kerry Don Williams Convicted of 1994 Lubbock Murder
A Lubbock jury this afternoon found Kerry Don Williams guilty of the 1994 murder of Charlotte Ivey.
Ivey was killed at a Lubbock Laundromat on 34th Street in January of 1994.
Williams was charged by the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office in 2010 after DNA evidence was matched to him from the crime scene.
Williams can receive a maximum sentence of life in prison. He is already serving a prison sentence for a 2003 aggravated sexual assault conviction in the Texas Panhandle.
