Kendrick Pleads Guilty to 2010 Murder of Pennington

A Lubbock man plead guilty to murder today shortly before his trial. Dustin Kendrick admitted to strangling 32-year-old Tori Pennington after meeting her through an online dating service according to KAMC 28.

Pennington was found dead in her central Lubbock apartment by her young sons in late April of 2010 after a date with Kendrick. Kendrick was arrested at his mother’s house shortly after Pennington was found. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
