A Seagraves man has admitted to possessing prepubescent child pornography.

Jose Fidencio Perez pleaded guilty Friday to one count of possession of prepubescent child pornography and aiding and abetting.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Perez used a file sharing program to download child pornography. He downloaded and viewed numerous videos depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Perez faces up to 20 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine, and a lifetime of supervised release.

Sentencing will take place following a presentence investigation report. Perez remains out on bond.
