Either Comey Or McCabe Is Lying In Trump Investigation

Tuesday on The Chad Hasty Show, New York City Council member and political commentator Joseph C. Borelli joined the show to talk about the firing of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Borelli and Hasty discussed the circumstances around the firing by the Justice Department which occurred just days prior to McCabe's retirement date.

During the discussion, Borelli said,

If we're supposed to believe the anonymous sources when they're anti-Trump, then certainly we should believe them when they're sort of defending the Trump position. And [McCabe] had been hinting to people around the FBI that if he were to leave, he's going to take everyone down with him. And this could mean other people that the left holds in such high regard, like James Comey. One of them lied. McCabe is saying that Comey authorized him to leak this to the Wall Street Journal, Comey's saying he didn't. One of those men is lying, and both of those men were responsible for these initial stages of the investigation into the Trump campaign, which brought us to the point we're at now.
