Jody Barnes Says Public Employees Should Accept Set Salaries[INTERVIEW]

Wednesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Lubbock County Constable Precinct 2 candidate Jody Barnes talked with Chad in the KFYO studio about his campaign and issues in the race.

While speaking on the issue of public employees asking for and gaining salary increases, Barnes said,

You have to go with what your county has set, and be happy with that. I don't believe in asking for a raise, and I certainly don't believe in filing a grievance for one. That's not how we should conduct ourselves with taxpayer funds, and I just won't do it.
