Monday on KFYO Mornings with Dave King and Matt Martin, Congressman Jodey Arrington joined Dave and Matt to talk about the investigations into Trump, the Farm Bill, the border wall, and more.

Congressman Arrington discussed his opinion on the ongoing investigations into Donald Trump, which he said is like, "A soap opera. It's one of those dramas that replays everyday in D.C. and I try to do my best to stay focused on getting farm bills passed and funding the government and things that the American public actually expect us to do while we're here." Arrington said that he believes that anyone who is actually guilty of these crimes should be punished, but believes that there is no evidence of any collusion between Trump and Russia in this case.

"It's not going to be good for the American people. The President will not be impeached. There's no impeachable offense there. It's just more sidetracking and stalling of this president's agenda which we all believe is the agenda to get our country back."

When Arrington was asked if he thinks that the Farm Bill we be able to go through, he said that he believes it will. The Congressman explained that he thinks that there will be a vote for it Wednesday or Thursday and that they will be able to get it to the president by the end of the week. He went on to say that he is happy that it is a great, republican led farm bill, but that it unfortunately will be weaker than he had hoped when it comes to welfare and foodstamps.
