Jeff Kidder Joins Coaching Staff at Texas Tech University

Indian Hills Community College Head  Basketball Coach Jeff Kidder has joined the coaching staff at Texas Tech. Tech Head Coach Billy Gillispie announced last Friday that kidder will join the Tech staff after six years and a 165-39 record at Indian Hills.

Gillispie said “We are extremely proud to have Jeff as a part of our staff. He is a total professional, who has experienced a great deal of success at all levels. He is an outstanding coach, who can recruit and most importantly, he makes a difference in the lives of young people.”

Kidder earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in secondary education from the University of Kentucky, where he was a student assistant with the Wildcats under legendary coach Eddie Sutton. He and his wife, Monica, have two children, daughter, Bailey, and son, Jacob.
