Jacky Howard from Coldwell Banker Talks About Real Estate Pricing and Valuation on Lubbock’s First News [AUDIO]

Jacky Howard from Coldwell Banker joined Tom Collins and Laura Mac on Tuesday morning to talk about real estate valuation and pricing and the use of third-party real estate websites.

Howard said that customers often find that third-party real estate websites are not always completely accurate or up to date as far as pricing and valuations are concerned, as they use Appraisal District figures which can lag significantly behind the current MLS numbers. Howard stressed the importance of using a licensed realtor when buying or selling a home, so that current values and neighborhood information will be utilized, and provided website information on several good companies here in Lubbock.
