Humane Society of West Texas To Host First-Ever “Fur Ball” [AUDIO]

On the Monday edition of the Chad Hasty Show, Melissa Pierce from the Humane Society of West Texas talked with Chad Hasty about an upcoming Humane Society fundraiser.

The Humane Society of West Texas is a no-kill shelter that helps find home for stray animals and provides them with medical and emergency care. This weekend, they will be hosting their first-ever "Fur Ball" on Saturday, November 17th at the Merket Alumni Center. The ball will feature live music and a silent auction. Tickets are $50 each and are available at Belly's Cafe and Regal Pet Resort.

The Humane Society also offers adoptions every weekend at both Petsmart locations in Lubbock, Saturday at both the Slide and Marsh Sharp Freeway location, and Sunday at the Slide location.
