State Senator Robert Duncan sure has come under some fire during this legislative session. As we told you yesterday, Duncan received a grade of  "F" by Empower Texans during the session. Duncan has even come under some fire by Governor Rick Perry for being the reason that Sanctuary City legislation failed.
