A man in Houston shot his neighbor to protect his neighbor’s wife.

According to investigators, Tuesday night, a neighbor noticed the couple in a violent struggle where the husband was attacking his wife.

The neighbor attempted to intervene and break up the attack, but the husband hit him with a brick.

After being struck by the husband, the man pulled a gun and shot him.

The 44-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The neighbor was taken to the hospital for a minor head injury. The woman suffered minor injuries from her husband’s attack and was treated at the scene.

The names of the three adults involved have not yet been released, but a grand jury is expected to look into the incident to see if charges should be filed.
