Dan Seale, who is a candidate for the High Plains Underground Water Conservation District 1 seat in the November ballot, was Ysidro Guttierrez's guest on Sunday's Edition of  "Did You Know" on News/Talk 790 KFYO.

Seale, who worked for HPWD for 43 years prior to retiring in July of 2013, says he is running for the Board of Directors position because some of the Board actions, mainly those concerning underground water/property rights, are unconstitutional.

Seale is running to represent Precinct 1 on ther HPWD Board. That position represents Lubbock, Crosby and Lynn Counties.
