Did you know that there are some very healthy foods that will act as a natural anti-inflammatory? Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets stopped by the studio to discuss foods that we can all eat that not only act like an anti-inflammatory but also are good for your overall health.
According to Duby, blueberries are one food that acts as a great super food. Another great food to have, especially during the summer, is pineapple. Not only can pineapple act as an anti-inflammatory, but it’s a great source of Vitamin C and it is heart-healthy.
Other green, leafy vegetables are great to have, and that includes Broccoli according to Duby.
