The end of Market Street's 28-Day Challenge is here, and Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets joined us in the studio to talk about how you don't have to be on a hardcore diet to take advantage of simple and healthy snack swaps that go a long way.

Duby brought along Skinny Pop Pepper Jack Popcorn. She said Skinny Pop is a great snack to swap and have instead of potato chips. Per cup, this popcorn has 47 calories and less than three grams of fat. Duby suggested measuring out a cup so you won't go overboard, which you could easily do because it's delicious popcorn.
