On Tuesday, the Electric Utility Board will meet to discuss the on-going billing fiasco regarding LP&L. The Lubbock City Council could also take action Tuesday on LP&L. In the last two weeks, LP&L officials have made public comments as have members of the Lubbock City Council. Still, many citizens aren't happy. Have you been satisfied with the response from LP&L?
