“There’s no quitting in presidential races.”

That was the word from Chris Winn, a few hours before Governor Perry announced he is staying in the presidential race.   On  KFYO, Winn had made the case for Perry to stay in the race despite  Perry’s fifth place finish in the Iowa caucus.

“If you don’t think Mitt Romney’s the guy, and you’re looking for a man [who’s]  anti-Obama, and you want a conservative message, a fiscal conservative record, Rick Perry’s definitely got that.  I don’t think

it’s the time to leave the race at all.”

Apparently, Perry got the message.
