February is Heart Month and the good people at United Supermarkets want to help you have a healthy heart. Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets stopped by today to discuss which foods you can that will help your heart.

Duby, who is a Corporate Dietician, says that diet can play a big role in how healthy your heart is. Fruits and vegetables are always a good thing to add to your diet, but fiber plays a big role as well. "Fiber is like the trash picker upper in the body," Duby said.

Salmon is another great source of heart health along with walnuts. United also has you covered when it comes to supplements. Market Street also offers heart healthy tours with dieticians.
