Gas prices in Lubbock and throughout the country continue to rise.

According to this week’s KFYO’s News Gas Price Survey, the average price of regular unleaded fuel in the Hub City is $3.50 per gallon. This marks a third straight week of price increases in Lubbock. This is the highest price for fuel in Lubbock since the week of September 21st last year when the average price was $3.67.

Fuel prices in Texas continue to rise as well. AAA Texas reports a 15-cent increase to $3.53 per gallon from last week. Nationally, prices increased 15 cents from $3.52 per gallon to $3.67.
