On Thursday, October 15, around 9 p.m. Lubbock police responded to an armed robbery at the GameStop on 4th Street and Frankford Avenue.

Police say a Hispanic man wearing a flat-billed hat and armed with a handgun stole some merchandise from the store and demanded money from the register before fleeing the scene. At this time, no dollar amount has been given to all that was stolen in the heist.

Police believe the suspect will be identifiable via the stores security cameras, but the footage is not yet available.

No one was injured in the robbery.
