Frenship ISD Finalizes Land Purchase for New Elementary Campus

The land has been purchased for a new elementary school for Frenship ISD.

The 19.2 acre purchase on the east side of North Milwaukee Avenue and Itasca Street has been finalized. Frenship ISD plans to build their seventh elementary school campus on the site, located half a mile north of Erskine Street.

The campus construction will be the final major project involved in the school bond approved by voters in May 2007. Frenship ISD states that all of the projects carried out by the district with funds from that particular bond election total a projected $127,990,000.
