Free Bicycle Helmets for Lubbock Children in March

March has been designated as Brain Injury Awareness Month and to ensure kids have accessibility to bike helmets the Texas Medical Association will be giving away helmets at two locations for the Hard Hats for Little Heads campaign.

The TMA will be handing out helmets on Saturday March 4th at Amigos United located at 112 N. University Avenue and Saturday March 18th at Safety City in Clapp Park located at 46th street and Avenue U. The March 4th event will begin at 11 am and the March 18th event will begin at 3 pm.
