Four Lady Raider Golfers have been honored by a national association.

The four student-athletes have been named to the All-American Scholar Teams, presented annually by the National Golf Coaches Association.

The players recognized are sophomores Kim Kaufman, Deborah DeVilla, and Gabby Dominguez, along with freshman Hannah Arnold. Kaufman has received three academic awards this year, and this is the second of the season for DeVilla and Dominguez.

Only six former players had been previously named to the NGCA All-Scholar Teams.

Texas Tech Women’s Golf Head Coach JoJo Robertson said “This award speaks volumes on how well each of them performed this year as the NGCA requires a higher GPA than most organizations.”

To qualify, the student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA.
