Five people are dead following a Sunday morning wreck near Seagraves.

According to Texas DPS, a white Dodge Ram pickup crashed into the rear end of a brown GMC extended cab pickup after 2 a.m. Sunday morning on US 62, just one mile north of Seagraves.

Both vehicles ran off the road and overturned in a ditch.

Four of the five people in the GMC were ejected from the vehicle. All five were killed in the incident.

Those killed are 39-year-old Romulo Molina of Sherman, 26-year-old Luis Valenzuela of Sherman, 35-year-old Isabel Garcia-De La Cerda of Sherman, David Dominguez-Juarez of Mexico, and 31-year-old Juan Carlos Enriquez of Mexico. Troopers have not yet identified who was driving the vehicle.

The passenger in the Dodge, Ramero Aguilar of Seagraves, was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He sustained severe injuries. The driver of the dodge, Ramon Aguilar of Seagraves, left the scene of the crash and was later located by troopers in Seagraves.

Texas DPS says that the driver of the Dodge pickup, Ramon Aguilar, has been charged with Intoxication Assault, Intoxication Manslaughter, and Felony Failure to Stop and Render Aid.
