Donald Moses Charged After Hitting Lubbock Road Construction Crew Member

One man is in jail after driving through a road construction area and hitting a crew member.

Twenty-five year-old Donald Dwayne Moses reportedly drove through the site at 42^nd Street and Slide Road around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

Crew member Steven Keller was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Lubbock Police believe that Moses was intoxicated at the time. So far, he has been charged with intoxicated assault and failure to stop and render aid.
