Does Tom Leppert’s Endorsement of David Dewhurst Change Your Mind on the Republican Runoff for U.S. Senate?

After Tuesday night's debate between U.S. Senate candidates David Dewhurst and Ted Cruz, Dewhurst received the backing of Tom Leppert. Leppert was one of the candidates for U.S. Senate during the GOP primary, but didn't get enough support to jump into a runoff. Leppert's main support area was in the Metroplex partly because of name ID after having served as Mayor of Dallas. Before issuing his endorsement, Leppert reportedly met with both Ted Cruz and David Dewhurst. As you know, Leppert came out in support of Dewhurst and will now campaign for him.
