Redistricting here in Lubbock is a big issue right now. The city's redistricting committee is currently redrawing lines in order to account for more people living in Lubbock now than there were ten years ago. Currently the city council is made up of six council members and of course, the Mayor. There are some out there though that would like to not only redraw lines, but also increase the number of elected officials serving on the City Council.

What do you think? Should there be more elected members of the City Council? How many should we have? Vote and comment in today's LFN Poll of the Day.
