Do You Think Lubbock is a Safe City? [POLL]

Over the weekend a report on crime in Lubbock came out and revealed some bad news. Lubbock has already set a 5-year record high in homicides with 16. Last year, there were 15 homicides in Lubbock and in 2013 there were 6. According to the Lubbock Police Department, none of the homicides this year have been random. All the victims knew their attacker.
